Therefore, they must be more and more efficient. There is no room for mistakes, because it concerns security. To make these radars the most effective as possible, several elements of the RF chain must be analyzed, and among them: the Low Noise Amplifier. This paper will focus on the case of a 28nm FD-SOI CMOS LNA with control from 76 to 81 GHz.
