Consequently, this thesis wants to investigate whether internal communication can contribute to the process of inclusion of disabled employees in a company. In fact, Belgium has taken several legal dispositions aiming to promote equal opportunities for the inclusion of people with disabilities in society, and more specifically, in the professional world. This research will provide a grid based on theoretical principles for the implementation of an internal communication strategy about diversity. Through this grid, a set of questions will be created and used for the proposal of a case-study analysis about ten Belgian companies.disabilityD&IDiversity and InclusionInternal CommunicationinterviewDoes the internal communication contribute to the inclusion of disabled employees in a company ?
