Abstract
Discrimination remains present throughout labor market and causes, both social and economic costs. Current research provides explanations for the emergence of different forms of discrimination, attempts to measure, or focuses on the political measures. However very little studies have sought to bring these aspects together. This thesis aims to fill that gap (Hajnal & Scharle, 2023). The objective is to explore how people from minority groups evaluate diversity and anti-discrimination policies in companies. And more specially, how people from ethnic and racialized minorities perceive these policies as effective when they are specially targeted at them. This paper sought to explore whether or not policies' adaptation to marginalized communities really constitutes a key for efficiency and effectiveness
