Abstract
PleezMee is a lifestyle smartphone app that allows its users to capture their ideas and find the perfect gifts for their friends and family. The startup PleezMee was founded in 2017 by Vanessa Davin with the expectation to become a reference in terms of omni-channel marketing platform. Through this master thesis, we will draw up the business plan of the startup to encourage potential investors to invest in the ambitious project, This business plan is giving the short term and long term overview of the forecasted future of PleezMee and is articulated into four main parts: the business definition, the market, the operational strategy and the financial plan.
