Abstract
The Business Plan of a mobile app is developed. The product, Snatchr, is a location-based social networking mobile application that offers a service feature: buying/reselling last-minute tickets for social events. The Business Plan presents and details the creative company and the product itself, analyses the target market, examines the mobile application industry, describes the strategy and the implementation of the product, and forecasts on the 3 years following the product's launch.
