Abstract

enThe general aim of this essay is to question the thesis according to which subjectivity is the privileged sphere of reproduction of neoliberalism. More precisely, it will analyze the degree of room for maneuver that remains for the subject of neoliberal power so that he can resist it. The question that will guide our research will be the following: "Does the figure of the neo-subject hinder all possibilities of overcoming neoliberalism? We will then try to demonstrate that it is possible to rely on the resources of this neo-subject to turn them into potentialities of resistance. This requires, first of all, to identify them, then to analyze the way in which we can untie them from neoliberalism and, finally, to highlight the means by which to subvert them. We will thus try to defend the thesis according to which, despite the problematic character of the figure of the neo-subject, it is nevertheless indispensable to rely on it and on some of its resources to think and initiate other forms of possibilities.
