Abstract
The purpose of this Mémoire is to present a detailed overview of the extant literature on the Sharing Economy, multi-sided platforms and Crowdsourcing frameworks, and to conduct the business plan of Pay for Me, which is an online P2P lending platform matching borrowers looking for more attractive interest rates and investors who want to obtain a higher financial return for their under-utilized monetary assets.
