Abstract
This thesis seeks to know the best practices of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) communication at different levels of its strategy: considerations before communicating, communication channels, content and form of communication. Moreover, this paper looks at the case of a company, Spadel, whose activity is linked to one of the pollution crises we are experiencing today: the pollution of plastic.
