- Abstract
- In the context of the “Pacte pour un Enseignement d’Excellence” the in-service teacher training policy will be reformed. I have therefore conducted a quantitative study based on an online questionnaire developed with the help of the Taalunie. The aim of this paper is to study the perception of the in-service training followed by Dutch teachers in higher education in the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles in order to propose improvements. The results show that Dutch teachers sometimes have a rather positive and sometimes a rather negative image of the in-service teacher training. They feel that it does not meet their needs. Further research is necessary to determine more parameters that influence this perception.
