Abstract
Our current economy has shown its limits at both social and environmental levels. The agrifood sector is one of the most impacted by the level of competition and inequalities generated by the linear model. An evolution towards a regenerative framework is therefore essential. In this context, the goal of this thesis is to develop of a model for NewFarm, the multipurpose structure developed around the Ferme de la Vieille Cour located in Nivelles. In a broader perspective, the operating model is meant to be replicable to other initiatives and thereby support regenerative entrepreneurship.
