- Abstract
- This thesis has the aim to do a feasibility study of a Crowdshipping platform (called Newelne). First, a literature review will be made to define the Collaborative Economy (more precisely, the Sharing Economy) and the Crowdsourcing (more precisely, Crowd Logistics). The practical part will do several analysis and understand its customer's needs and fears, to be able to implement the monetization strategy, the marketing strategy and finally conducting the financial forecast
