Abstract
This work focuses on entangled telechelic bulk metallo-supramolecular polymers based on star poly(n-butyl acrylate)s, (PnBA), functionalized with a terpyridine ligand at each chain extremity. The addition of stoichiometric equivalents of transition metal ions, cobalt, allows the system to form a reversible physical network. This work studies the viscoelastic response of these telechelic molecules blended to different linear polymer matrices. The linear viscoelastic response of those systems will be probed both theoretically and experimentally, respectively by using a modified version of the tube-based time marching algorithm (TMA) and a small amplitude oscillatory shear (SAOS).
