Abstract
enThis paper aims to fill the gaps of international law regarding the phenomenon of disinformation in the context of armed conflicts by examining principles and provisions that open the door for a progressive interpretation. This will help integrate the impacts of new technologies within the legal framework of the conduct of hostilities, but also avoid the manipulation of law by States by making it clearer.
