- This thesis develops an optimized hydrogen supply strategy for Belgium by 2050, integrating demand uncertainty and environmental constraints. Using deterministic and robust optimization models, it assesses the roles of green production, imports, and storage. Results highlight the importance of ambitious renewable policies and infrastructure planning.
