- Abstract
- Online manipulations, defined in 2010 by Harry Brignull under the term dark patterns, have been invading digital interfaces for several years now. Their effects are increasingly being studied, but the link they have with the different phases of the shopping experience is still little explored. The aim of this final thesis is to develop this aspect of the literature and, on the basis of our results and analyses, to propose recommendations for authorities, companies and consumers to help create healthier digital interfaces.
