Abstract
Today, many retailers use billboards - such as those on building walls or at bus stops - or advertising catalogues to promote the promotions available in their stores. These approaches have been used for a long time and may seem a little outdated and ineffective. In our current environment, characterized by the rapid evolution of technology and its increasing diffusion, and by the digitization of almost everything, it is easy to think that the constraints derived from these outdated media can be overcome by another solution. The objective of this thesis is the development of a business plan for a mobile information platform aimed at centralizing the promotions offered by merchants located around the user. This paper aims to detail the project, its functionalities and the components necessary for its existence, to analyse the competition on the market to understand the opportunities that arise from it, to determine the most coherent business strategy and marketing tactics, to define an intelligent approach to conceptualize the application, to understand the interactions that exist between the different users and how to manage them, to evaluate the financial aspects of the project and its potential profitability under three scenarios, to determine its legal aspects, and to assess the possible threats to better prepare for them.
