- Abstract
- This thesis presents a comprehensive business plan for introducing electrolysis hair removal to the Indonesian beauty market. Electrolysis, the only FDA-approved method for permanent hair removal, is currently unavailable in Indonesia. The plan outlines the launch of a specialized aesthetic clinic in Bali, focusing on electrolysis technology, with future expansion nationwide. It also proposes establishing a division within the clinic to train and certify electrologists, aiming to develop the electrology profession in Indonesia. The study examines market potential, consumer education, the competitive landscape, regulatory considerations, and financial planning. By introducing this innovative solution, the plan seeks to meet the aesthetic needs of consumers in Indonesia, and provide a reliable, permanent alternative to traditional hair removal methods in the growing beauty and wellness sector.
