- Abstract
- This thesis explores a critical theme for any organization seeking to achieve ambitious growth: organizational transformation. It focuses on Cartoonbase, an innovative European SME specializing in visual storytelling, which skillfully combines two worlds: artistic creativity and strategic consulting. Faced with rapid growth and increasing business complexity, the company seeks to structure itself to support its development at both the national and European level. This study adopts a mixed methodology. It includes a thorough review of the literature on structural and philosophical organizational models, qualitative interviews with Cartoonbase's key internal stakeholders, and comparative interviews with various creative and consulting firms. This benchmarking enables the identification of best practices. The analysis is based on Kearney's Fit Transformation Framework, along with other frameworks that help structure and emphasize key strategic aspects. These include clarifying roles and responsibilities, establishing objective staffing criteria, organizing meetings, and balancing autonomy with supervision. The proposed recommendations are intended to support Cartoonbase in its organizational transformation, while preserving the company's unique culture and identity and consolidating its position in a constantly evolving market.
