Abstract
Nowadays, automotive radars are increasingly present in vehicles. Therefore, they must be more and more efficient. There is no room for mistakes, because it concerns security. To make these radars the most effective as possible, several elements of the RF chain must be analyzed, and among them: the Low Noise Amplifier. This paper will focus on the case of a 28nm FD-SOI CMOS LNA with control from 76 to 81 GHz. This work will, modestly, attempt to improve some performances of this circuit, in order to make it more efficient.
