Abstract
This thesis will provide a business plan for a start-up: WeShre, a platform that facilitates the organization and participation in events. It will contain a description of the project, an extern and intern analysis of the environment, a marketing plan, an operational plan, a financial plan, a risk analysis, plus a conclusion & limits of the project.
