Abstract
This thesis explores the creation of an innovative company specializing in salty vegetable yogurts, named YOGHÜT, for the Belgian market. It assesses the feasibility and viability of this project by examining the dairy market, consumer preferences, and current trends. The work includes a market study, marketing strategies, financial projections, and legal and organizational aspects. The goal is to demonstrate how YOGHÜT can stand out in a sector dominated by sweet yogurts by offering a salty and original alternative to existing consumption habits.
