- Abstract
- This thesis is a memoire-project which highlights the main differences between Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid, touching upon the four Ws (Who, What, Where and When) with a special focus on the when. Regarding the latter, a figurative timeline has been constructed in order to portray complementarity of the two in the case of a sudden onset disaster.
