Abstract

enIn a world where medical imaging is used more and more, many healthcare professionals need to be trained in its use. However, Learning Management Systems such as Moodle do not offer enough modules dedicated to teaching medical imaging. This master's thesis explains the creation and development of an open source tool integrated into a learning management system through the Learning Tools Interoperability protocol. This tool relies on Orthanc as a DICOM server to store medical images and on the viewers available on Orthanc to display these images directly in the activities proposed by the Learning Management System in order to meet students' needs.
