Abstract

enThis work aims to observe the interactions between digital communications tools and the development of intercultural competence and sensitivity. To what extent do digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Loom support, promote, or even hinder intercultural communication in multinational work contexts, is the primary focus of this work. In this paper, there will be a theoretical and a practical part. Three authors will be the centre of this work: Edward T. Hall, Geert Hofstede, and especially Milton J. Bennett, who represents the foundation of this paper.
