Abstract
This thesis analyzes the feasibility and relevance of GreenPath, a digital platform aimed at structuring and promoting sustainable tourism between Europe and Latin America, with a pilot launch in Peru. The research examines how a digital intermediary can address the fragmentation of supply, lack of transparency, and risks of greenwashing that currently hinder the development of sustainable tourism initiatives. The work is based on a business plan approach combining an analysis of the sector's macro- and microeconomic environment, strategic positioning, marketing strategy, organizational and legal choices, and financial planning. Through this structured approach, this thesis assesses the viability and consistency of a scalable business model that reconciles economic performance, value creation for stakeholders, and positive social and environmental impact.
