Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to explore ex ante assessment of tying and bundling under European law, notably since the adoption of the guidelines on non-horizontal mergers. The question now being asked is whether this new framework is efficient and whether it replies to the criticism that European competition law protects competitors instead of consumer.
