Abstract
enThis thesis consists in the analysis of Praktisch strafrecht’s partial translation. The source text, a textbook for higher education, written by Josee Dreesen and Yves Werbrouck and published in 2023 by the editions Van In, introduces the Belgian criminal law. The comments present my translation process and address some decisions related to difficulties encountered during the translation.
